Through rigorous training programs and cutting-edge safety protocols, we are dedicated to safeguarding our growers, ensuring their well-being, and protecting our bountiful harvests at Mountain View Growers Inc.
Policy
The management of Mountain View Growers Inc. is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all of its employees.
It is the management’s responsibility to develop work procedures conducive to a safe and healthy work place. Management will also insure that all the equipment is adequately maintained to make certain that health and physical hazards are guarded against or eliminated.
It will be the responsibility of the managers and supervisors to insure that all employees are instructed and monitored in the safe performance of their work and to insure that they follow these safe work procedures.
It will be the responsibility of each employee to follow the safe work rules and procedures, wear personal protective equipment when required and actively participate in making their work environment safe and productive.
As part of an effective safety program, we will conduct an ongoing ergonomic process to address incidences of musculoskeletal injuries on the job. We will deal effectively with the injuries that have occurred while planning to prevent future injuries.
